ashtanga yoga

ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga. in this class you will be led through the primary series of ashtanga, consisting of sun salutations, standing postures, seated poses, and the finishing sequence. this is a challenging practise, combining breath, drishti, and bandhas to promote inner focus, and deep awareness.

in this 75 mins class, we cover half of the primary series as well as the entire standing and finishing sequences.
